I'm very happy with this fridge. So far it keeps everything cold and runs quiet. I had a bigger fridge before but the Fridgidaire has a better design of internal space. I can fit the same amount of food as previously because of this. There are a couple of thins I don't like. One, there is no freezer light. I wish there was one. Second, all the draws are made cheap thin plastic. I feel like they will break and will have to be replaced a couple of times during ownership. Because of these these things I'm giving it 4 stars. But I'm still happy with it.

We owned this fridge for 7 months and it went out completely. It is covered by warranty to be fixed but no one will come out to fix it so we have gone an entire month without groceries. Fridgidaire will not let me contact them through chat anymore about it so I guess we just won't have a fridge at all for our home. We don't have the luxury to just go buy a brand new one all over again.

Good fridge with large freezer space

We chose this fridge for the interior freezer capacity. Our appliance person let us know to let it stand for at least 24 hrs before plugging in if it was tilted on delivery. It was necessary to tilt it quite a lot to get it into the area. We left it for 2 days before plug in, This advice was spot on. The freezer works well, and evenly. The noise of the compressor is audible but not overly. We had read othe reviews We purchased this model for a few reasons, mainly the size of the freezer in relation to the overall size of the fridge. We like Frigidaire in general and have many of their products. Our appliance person encouraged us the wait more than 24 hrs for plug in if it was tilted on install. It was tilted quite a lot to get it into the spot. We let it sit more than 2 days before plugging it in. Since then it has worked well, Even freezing and it holds temperature well. The compressor is audible but not overly loud. We had read many reviews before our choice and we are glad we followed the advice of the appliance person.

I am somewhat disappointed in the cheapness of the materials used to construct the inside parts of the refrigerator; especially since over time these will get a tremendous amount of use. The plastic used to hold the shelves is very flimsy compared to my smaller GE.

We love this refrigerator, a great upgrade from previous one. Great interior space, brightly lit, easy to find items, and roomy without being divided into fussy cubby-holes. But when we open the freezer compartment, it is hard to see what's in there--there is no interior lighting! We had to reorient our overhead lights to get a glimpse inside, not too convenient. Oh well, guess we have to be more "organized" or labeled to know what's there!?
